Liliana, native from Colombia, is a psychologist from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá) and wrote her dissertation about the effect of Holotropic Breathing where she explored its scope and limitations with respect to the following categories: self-perception, perception of others and interpersonal relationships through the application of a semi-structured interview and the Thematic Apprehension Test (TAT). Later she studied with Dr. Stanislav Grof where she became a Certified Holotropic Breathwork Practitioner, and while living in Asia, Switzerland and Germany, she kept on learning directly from him. She also facilitated in many of Dr. Grof´s workshops though out Europe. Since she is 20 years old, she has been very familiar with indigenous healing modalities that rely heavily on entheogenic plants and has been practicing in a shamanic context herself, which is one of her biggest passions. She also took an early interest in Biodanza, Yoga, Bioenergetic Medicine, Homeopathy, different types of Meditation and Constellation Therapy, all to support her clients – now in her private praxis in Berlin offering transpersonal coaching. She uses non-substances holistic approaches and Breathing techniques in her work with patients suffering from specific disorders and for the integration of challenging experiences with none ordinary states of consciousness.
In the course of the year Liliana is offering several weekend workshops about Holotropic Breathing in Berlin.
