Anna Deutinger comes originally from Siberia and has been living in Germany since 2005. She studied law in Russia and Germany and works as a lawyer in Berlin. In 2019 she joined MIND Members Association as an active member and is responsible for the organizational issues of Law and Ethics Section as its Speaker.
