Viktor Chvatal is a General Secretary and a founder of the Brussels-based innovative mental health association PsychedelicsEUROPE (PE). PE brings together leading research centers, NGOs, and private companies. Based on scientific evidence, PE advocates for a regulatory framework that promotes state-of-the-art therapies, fosters cutting-edge research, and secures lasting solutions for patients.

In 2019, Viktor co-founded in Belgium EU Public Affairs consultancy N+C that works with clients across the globe in various sectors to pursue their policy goals. Prior to becoming entrepreneur, he spent five years in a leading global public affairs consultancy where he focused on innovative healthcare issues.

Viktor holds a master’s degree from the Charles University in Prague (international relations).
