Till Holzapfel recently completed his Master’s in Cognitive Science from the University of Osnabrück and has since joined the Intangible Realities Lab, under the leadership of Dr. David Glowacki. Beginning September 2023, he will embark on a PhD journey within the same institution. A fervent advocate for exploring the human experience from both philosophical and empirical vantage points, Till’s entry into this field was driven by an innate passion for understanding the intricacies of human cognition and behavior.

Throughout his academic journey, Till discovered the transformative potential of Virtual Reality (VR). This technology presented a unique crossroad – a place where his passion for tinkering and coding could meet his fascination with psychedelic therapy. Motivated by this synergy, Till has been dedicated to designing immersive VR experiences. These not only deepen our comprehension of human consciousness but also facilitate impactful and transformative life events.
