Sandeep Nayak is a psychiatrist and postdoctoral researcher at the Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research. He’s primarily focused on investigating psychedelics as treatments for psychiatric conditions, particularly addictions and mood disorders. He is also interested in psychedelics’ effects on belief formation, and expanding diversity in psychedelic research.
Dr. Nayak also works as a psychiatrist at Addiction Treatment Services (ATS) at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and is clinically experienced in treating disorders of mood, anxiety, eating as well as addictions and OCD.
