Samuli Kangaslampi, Ph.D.
Samuli Kangaslampi is a licensed clinical psychologist and Ph.D. in Psychology (Tampere University, Finland). His Doctoral dissertation focused on the psychological mechanisms of change involved in the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder, especially among children and adolescents exposed to repeated, violent trauma. His more wide-ranging research interests include psychological trauma, stress and development, cognition and (autobiographical) memory, as well as psychedelics.
He currently works as postdoctoral researcher and university teacher at Tampere University. He is the chairperson of the Finnish Association for Psychedelic Research and a board member of the Finnish Psychotrauma Society.
