Matteo Buonarroti is a Medical Doctor specialized in general practice and, currently, he is a clinical trainee in psychiatry and psychotherapy at the ‘Sapienza – University of Rome’. He is also trained as a Psychedelic Integration Therapist through the Mind Foundation’s Augmented Psychotherapy Training (APT Training). As a social entrepreneur, he holds the position of Vice President at Fidelia APS, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting social inclusion through cultural, artistic, and recreational activities. Additionally, he actively collaborates in managing a cultural center associated with the organization, where he personally coordinates psychedelic integration and harm reduction groups. Alongside his co-authors, he is actively involved in establishing the Italian Society for Psychedelic Medicine, with the aim of advancing research, education, and clinical practice in the field of psychedelic therapies.
