Due to an interest in the intersection between neural processes and behaviour, Marc studied neuropsychology with a special curiosity on how science deals with the challenges of psychedelics compared to other drugs. To keep up-to-date with the literature, Marc has been organizing a uniMIND group in Oldenburg since September 2019 and has also joined the neuroscience section. Marc hopes that such platforms where people come together and discuss psychedelics, this will help to raise awareness about their large potential in various fields of research. Apart from MIND-related activities, Marc is also interested in the effects of attention on the human EEG-signal and how to apply this technology outside of the lab in real-life situations.
