I am a physician specialized in anaesthesiology and acute medicine. Especially in my work in the preclinical setting and in the emergency room of one of the biggest hospitals in Berlin I see a lot of patients with drug-related emergencies. This is alarming, as some of them lead to severe situations; more so because most of them could have been avoided.
That’s why I want to raise awareness about prevention and harm reduction in professional and private settings.
