Abstract

There is significant variance between therapists and there is no relationship between high academic achievement or years of experience and good clinical outcomes. Around 20% of therapists have very low levels of competency. What is that effective therapists are (not) doing? How do we build robust selection, training and assessment criteria for the future workforce of psychedelic assisted therapists? We present some controversial findings.
