Mental Health Professional Section: A Joint Perspective on Ontological Issues in Integration

Abstract
The Mental Health Section is organized according to cutting edge behavioral and evolutionary theories of group management, ensuring that members have a strong sense of shared identity and purpose, are involved in the decision-making process in a fair and inclusive manner and provided with a framework through which interaction with the other sections of the MIND Members organization is made facile.
In this workshop we will show how we organize medical doctors, psychotherapists and complementary health professionals within the MIND Members organization so that we create a space of learning, personal and professional growth and support. We will provide an overview of activities and plans for the future, after which we will demonstrate how the section works on complex, interdisciplinary and highly relevant topics. To this end, we will address ontological issues in integration. Participants will be invited to contribute with their knowledge and perspectives, we will discuss case studies and see how theoretical aspects are applied in a roleplay.
