Nikolaus Weil started his career as an M&A attorney in the media industry. He then co-founded Greenlight Media, an executive production and financing company for sustainable content. Nikolaus was an executive producer on the likes of Planet Earth, Deep Blue and SimsalaGrimm.

From 2004 until 2013 he co-managed an asset-backed security fund for the mobile communication industry and insurance investments. In 2015  he co-founded Mindex, an executive education company that among others co-managed the Singularity University Germany franchise and partnered with notable German TedEx franchises. In 2021 Nikolaus founded Skillup.ai, an AI-based onboarding platform for new employees. He is also the founder of Millcreek Ventures, an angel investment boutique firm.

Nikolaus has been instrumental in developing leadership communities such as Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) and Singularity University Germany.
